IT Support

We currently offer a range of IT Support contracts to suit the needs of most businesses.  These start as low as £40.00 per month for a 1* contract which includes two support units (up to 15 minutes each).  All support contracts provide access to our technical staff and a guaranteed service level agreement.

We recommend the 3* contract and above for customers with one or more servers as this provides proactive monitoring of the server(s) unlimited reactive support for the server (to maintain the status quo) from £115.00 per month.  All prices exclude VAT.

The following table illustrates the full range of service options.

For those issues that require a change to the status quo, fixing a problem that can’t be resolved internally or for on-site activity additional units can be purchased in blocks of 10.

	1 Star Support Contract£480.00 Our entry level support package with an SLA and 2 inclusive support units.
	2 Star Support Contract£780.00 This support package provides and SLA 2 inclusive support units and proactive monitoring for your server(s).
	3 Star Support Contract£1,380.00 This support package provides and SLA, 2 inclusive support units, proactive server monitoring and inclusive server support.
	4 Star Support Contract£1,980.00 Similar to the 3* contract but with monthly on-site visits for system checks and updates.
	5 Star Support Contract£3,180.00 Our top of the range support contract with fully inclusive support for your IT Infrastructure
	Hourly Support£75.00 Pay for ad-hoc support by the hour.
	Support Units£175.00 Support units provide an ideal way to pay for any additional work that is not included in your selected contract.
