VoIP Telephony

IT Foundations recommend SIP based VoIP phone systems for our customers. SIP is becoming the de facto standard for voice communications die to the potential for cost savings and the proliferation of hardware and software that uses the SIP standard.

To setup a SIP phone system you need the following 4 elements:

SIP Phone System
SIP Phones for each user or a SIP Software phone and headset for each computer
SIP Gateway to connect analogue or ISDN telephone lines (e.g. BT or Telewest) to the phone system
SIP Trunks to use Internet based call routing with a SIP trunk provider

Additionally you may also need instalaltion and configuration serices and on going support / maintenance for the system.

	VoIP Gateways (SIP) VoIP Gateways provide the most economical solution for linking your existing Analogue and ISDN telephony services to a VOIP telephone system using SIP technology.

	SIP Trunks A range of SIP Trunks for 3CX and other VoIP Phone Systems.
